We took a family beach trip in May to Port Aransas. This was Eli's 2nd time (but first real one, was less than a year old the first time we went), and Everley's first trip. It was fun to share the love of the beach, waves, and ocean life with the littles. Plus it was my old stomping grounds. Loved our first summer vacation of 2017!!

Loved our location and setup! We stayed at a new condo (resort style, for Port A at least) called the "Palmilla". Great location, umbrellas already set up, play area for the kids, and air conditioned bathrooms. And lets not forget complimentary Popsicle at the beach and pool!!
Our walk down the boardwalk down to the beach. Eli loved sprinting down. Looked like he was experiencing freedom for the first time - ha!

Love my mama (and this cinnamon ice cream). Love that she was able to accompany us on our first family beach trip. I grew up going to South Padre as a kid, which instilled my innate love for the water. So this was only fitting. THanks for coming Mom!!

Once again ... this pool!! We always came to the pool after naps in the afternoon, it was such a good change from the sand in the morning. I will never stay anywhere else in Port A. We found our beach home!
Eli loves all animals. Even birds. So of course he LOVED chasing and feeding the seagulls any chance he could get.

She is becoming a total Daddy's girl. And she LOVED jumping the baby waves.
Our last day on the beach. So glad we went during the week when it was totally empty, now look at it. Too much for me, but I completely enjoyed our time while we were there.
