Halloween Festivities

I love Halloween, partly due to all of the costumes.  Loved having Everley participate this year!

Cutest little Ghost I know

Best costume ever ... BASEBALL player!
Eli and Everley's school hosted a fall festival.  This was so much fun, cute face painting, petting zoo, horses, bouncy houses ... so fun!

Eli's teachers, Miss Rochelle and Miss Jackie
My little Rockford Peach (to of course go with the theme of baseball).

Bunnies are the new obsession.

Turkey's are not!  The zoo owner told Eli to go pet the turkey, and out of the blue the turkey attacked Eli.  Bit his lip and nose.  I mean, look at that Turkey ... he looks mean.  Eli does not like Turkeys anymore , unless we eat them.
Riding horses with his BFF, Jayden.

Everley's teachers, Miss Amanda and Miss Bethany.  Love them!
The Turkey bite ... poor boy.
Halloween day we all continued with the theme of Baseball (Eli's favorite sport), and dressed up as "a League of Their Own", the Rockford Peaches.  This movie is an all time favorite in the Gist household.  It all started as an inside joke ... the Father introducing the youngest daughter, Kit, as his "Other Daughter, Dottie's sister". :)

Neighborhood Fall Festival
Poppi and Grammi came over and matched the Baseball theme. "There's no crying in Baseball!"

Eli's monster teeth.  Derek just looks like he needs to brush his teeth, lol
Everley's first Halloween

Costume #3 - Hand me down Dinosaur.

This was the fist year Eli participated in Trick or Treating.  Last year he loved passing out candy.  This year he still had fun doing that but got to experience ToT in the neighborhood.

Our street is "THE" street to Trick 'o Treat.  We loved having our friends come to our house for candy and play with all night long.  Love Liam and Ellison!
And loved being a part of all of the festivities in our front yard, while Everley sleeps.  Perfect combo!

Our Halloween family shot - HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
