15 Month Stats

15 months and counting ... he has had so many milestones since his first birthday, that his transformation has been amazing to watch.  I love and hate to say this at the same time, but he is turning into a sweet little TODDLER.  Love this boy so much.  He is so happy ALL the time.  His smile and laugh is contagious, and he is a joy and blessing to us each day!.

1) Started walking around 14 months

2) Loves his books.  He will pick them out, and bring them to you, sit in your lap and enjoy

3) Favorite books include Noisy Farm Animals, God Bless You and Goodnight, My Little Miracle, and of the small Little Einstein books

4) Pointing out and recognizing family members in pictures

5) He is a little parrot.  Constantly repeating words that we say, and learning new ones each day.

6) Making animal noises - (i.e. moo, neigh, etc.)

7) Absolutely loves Animals!! 

8) Hand motions to wheels on the bus

9) Loves and participates in his night time songs - starting to tell me which songs he wants to hear next - (Wheels on the bus, Happy Day, Jesus Loves Me, I love you Eli)

10) This boy eats more than Derek.  His stomach is getting very expensive, but I love that he is just chowing down.  For example a typical morning breakfast at 7:30am  includes a veggie packet, fruit, 2 eggs, and a waffle/toast.  We stop there because I am out of ideas or we ran out of time. His second breakfast (same amount of food) will happen at 9:30a.  He eats like this about every 2-3 hours.

11) 7 Teeth (4 top, 3 bottom)

12) Loves snow cones, Popsicles, and fruit smoothies.  We have to give him his own now or he will eat all of ours.  We are all pretty stingy about our frozen treats in the Davis household :)

13) Head Bumps are his sign of affection.
14) Still has his crazy, fine, blonde hair.  I don't plan on cutting his hair for a while :)
15) Loves playing peek-a-boo, even if he is not hiding behind anything.  Most of the time, he will just use his hands to cover his face, or turn his head the other way. Too cute!

So much fun at Mimi and Pa's - that grin says it all.

This is the only cabinet he can get into, just baby bottles and such.  He loves climbing in sitting, and playing.  Whatever keeps him occupied sometimes :)
