We love this little boy more and more each day. I can't believe he will be an only child for only a few more months. Brings tears to my eyes, but love to my soul. I am definitely starting to feel a little of the mommy guilts, but looking forward to what's to come.
1) 18 month check up - 22 1/2 lbs, 30", 90% head
2) Starting to put together 2-3 words.
3) First sentences "I love you", "I got it", and Derek's favorite ... "I pooted"
4) Loves running, and wants you to say "Ready, Set, Go"
5) Likes eating at his picnic table instead of his high chair
6) Started a new school at the beginning of December
7) Favorite foods include eggs, smoothies, guac, toast, turkey, yogurt
8) Loves balls, airplanes, and any animals
9) Still obsessed with the Pet Party show, and always asks for horses
10) Mimi and Pa's house has him spoiled, whenever he sees empty land he yells for horses.
11) Thinks all the ornaments on the Christmas tree are balls. Proceeds to take them off and throw them around the house.
12) Gives the baby kissess and hugs at night before bed
13) Wants to be outside 24/7
14) Tells us when he poops, and is learning more about the potty at school. Could we start potty training soon?!?!?
First time eating Pho. He ate all of my meal, and wanted more.
Slides with Dad!
Climbing in and around cars is his favorite now. He goes from front to back, side to side in no time ... and all the buttons!!
Love my boys!
Start 'em young!
He loves taking selfies and saying "cheese"
These pictures melt my heart. Derek was making Eli laugh, and he was eating up every bit of it. Just look at that smile and admiration towards his Dad!!Every morning we go on a hunt for Sienna (our cat) in the closet. He is so sweet and calls her name so lovingly, and only pets her tail when he finds her ...meanwhile she is hissing up a storm at him. It's pretty hilarious!
Blue eyes and playgrounds
Does not even pay attention to me when Horses is on
I still have not cut his hair, shocker yes I know .., but how can you when it is so cute and wispy like this?!?When your little boy is sick and he insists on wearing his Dads socks for pants and socks. He kept them on the entire day!
Feeding Blackie and Snickers. Blacky might be his favorite. Any dark or black horse he sees he automatically starts yelling "Blacky's" name.
Once cute and tired boy...
